  • Delivery Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Free shipping may apply on promotional orders over a certain value.
  • Courier Partners: Orders are dispatched via reliable national courier services with tracking available upon dispatch.
  • Click & Collect: Where applicable, a local pick-up option may be available from our Killorglin office V93 K542 . You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Our opening hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or Branded Garments: Due to the bespoke nature of branded apparel, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they are received in a faulty or damaged condition.

Eligible Returns

  • If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order reference.
  • We will review the issue and discuss with you the outcome directly

Return Procedure

  1. Email us at info@thebrandgeeks with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images if applicable
  2. Once approved, return instructions will be sent to you
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods
